BuyTippecanoeHomes.com was created by some of the associates of Tippecanoe Mortgage. Many of Tippeanoe Mortgage's loan officers either have or did have active real estate licenses in Indiana. We know how real estate works and how to market your home. We also understand how financing is key to any successful real estate transaction. Our staff has decades of real estate experience which we share with our customers so that they understand the process of buying and selling a home.

For Sellers:

Even though some of our associates have active or in-active real estate licenses we do not sell real estate and we are not REALTORS©. We merely help you use our experience to help buy and sell a home. Please understand, WE DO NOT SELL HOMES. We are NOT a real estate company. If you are a seller, we are here to help market your home, so that YOU can sell it. If you need someone to sell your home our services are not what you are looking for.

Why do have to charge fees for sellers? We saw a need for home sellers, that wanted to sell their homes themselves, to have a combined marketing effort with other home sellers because the cost of doing it all themselves was too much. Unfortunately, due to RESPA regulations we have to charge to cover our expenses for this service. Therefore we must charge a fee in proportion of our expenses to each seller.

For Buyers:

If you are a buyer, BuyTippecanoeHomes was created by our associates to help you locate homes that are for sale by owner. We know that trying to find a home that it for sale by owner is difficult many times they are not in the paper and you would have to drive all over the county just to find them. Instead of wasting enormous amounts of gas driving around looking for homes for sale, we combined the resources of our company and hundreds of buyers and sellers to make this site a resource in your search for a new home.
